About the product

What is Recruiter Copilot?

Recruiter Copilot is an AI browser for recruiters. Open a candidate's LinkedIn profile or a resume and it reads the page, scores the fit, and pulls out the skills, strengths, and red flags that matter for the role you are hiring for.

Who is it for?

Agency recruiters, in-house talent teams, and hiring managers who screen more profiles in a day than they can read carefully.

Do I need to be technical to use it?

No. Install it, open a profile, and read the panel on the right. There is nothing to configure.

Pricing

How much does it cost?

Nothing. Recruiter Copilot is free to download and free to use.

Is there a trial that expires?

No trial and no expiry. If that changes, existing users will be told before it happens.

Do I need a credit card to install it?

No.

Installing and running it

Which systems does it run on?

Windows.

How do I install it?

Use any Download button on the site — it takes you to the download and installation guide, which has the installer and step-by-step screenshots. It takes about two minutes.

How do I remove it?

Uninstall it the same way you remove any other application on your system. Nothing is left running in the background afterwards.

It stopped showing the analysis panel. What now?

Reload the profile page first. If the panel still does not appear, close and reopen the browser. If that fails, email us with your operating system and what you were looking at when it broke.

How the analysis works

What does the fit score mean?

It is a rating out of 100 based on how closely the candidate's experience, skills, and history match the role. Treat it as a way to sort a long list, not as a hiring decision.

How accurate is it?

It reads what is on the page. If a profile is thin, out of date, or written badly, the analysis reflects that. Read the profile yourself before you reject or shortlist anyone.

Why did it flag something as a red flag?

Red flags are patterns in the profile, such as short stints at several employers or long unexplained gaps. They are prompts for a question in the interview, not conclusions.

Can I ask it questions about a candidate?

Yes. The Ask Copilot box takes plain questions about the profile you have open, such as whether the candidate has led a team or shipped anything in a particular language.

Does it work on resumes as well as LinkedIn?

Yes, it reads both.

Data and privacy

Do you store the profiles I look at?

See the Privacy Policy for what is collected, why, and how long it is kept.

Does it post, message, or connect on my behalf?

No. It reads pages and shows you what it found. It never acts inside your LinkedIn account.

Can my employer see what I searched?

Not through us. We do not report your activity to anyone.
