Free to download and use. For Windows 10 or later.

Before you begin

Expect a security warning. Because this installer is newly released, Windows Defender SmartScreen may flag it as “unrecognized.” That is normal for a new application and does not mean the file is unsafe. Steps 2 and 3 show you how to get past it.

Installation steps

  1. Extract and run the installer

    Find the downloaded .zip file (for example recruitercopilot.zip), right-click it, and choose Extract All. Open the extracted folder and double-click RecruiterCopilot-Setup-1.0.*.exe to start the setup.

  2. Click “More info” on the SmartScreen warning

    Windows shows a blue Windows protected your PC screen because the app is not yet widely recognized by Microsoft Defender SmartScreen. Click the More info link.

  3. Click “Run anyway”

    The warning expands to show the app name (RecruiterCopilot-Setup-1.0.*.exe) and the publisher, Sphinx Solutions Pvt Ltd. Check that those match what you expect, then click Run anyway.

  4. Begin the installation

    The Recruiter Copilot Browser setup wizard opens. On the Ready to Install screen, click Install to start copying files to your computer.

  5. Finish setup

    The wizard confirms that Recruiter Copilot Browser is installed. Leave Launch Recruiter Copilot Browser now ticked if you want the app to open straight away, then click Finish to close the wizard.

Troubleshooting

“Windows protected your PC” keeps appearing

This is normal for a newly published application and happens the first time you run the installer. Follow Steps 2 and 3 above — More info, then Run anyway.

I clicked “Don't run” by mistake

Double-click the installer file again and repeat Steps 2 to 5.

The app does not launch after I click Finish

Check that Launch Recruiter Copilot Browser now was ticked before you clicked Finish. Otherwise open it from the Start menu by searching for “Recruiter Copilot Browser”.
