If you obtained a resume or profile from a job portal, applicant tracking system, professional network, recruitment database, or other third-party service, you remain responsible for complying with that service’s applicable terms and restrictions.
You grant Recruiter Copilot the limited right to host, store, transmit, reproduce, analyse, transform, and otherwise process information you submit to the extent reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.

Artificial intelligence can make mistakes. AI-generated information may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or affected by limitations or bias in source information or AI models.
You must independently review relevant candidate information before relying on an AI-generated result.
Recruiter Copilot is designed to assist recruiters, not replace them.
You agree that Recruiter Copilot’s analysis, ranking, recommendation, match score, or other output will not be treated as the sole basis for making a significant employment decision.

The recruiter or organisation using Recruiter Copilot remains responsible for the final decision.
You must use Recruiter Copilot in a fair, lawful, and responsible manner.
You must not intentionally use the Service to discriminate unlawfully against candidates based on characteristics protected by applicable law.
Where Recruiter Copilot generates a score, ranking, recommendation, or analysis, you are responsible for reviewing the underlying candidate information and applying appropriate human judgement.
You may not use Recruiter Copilot to:
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these restrictions have been violated.
Recruiter Copilot may interact with or be used alongside third-party websites, professional networks, job portals, applicant tracking systems, or other services.
Those platforms are independent from Recruiter Copilot.
Your use of a third-party platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms, policies, and restrictions.
Recruiter Copilot does not guarantee that a particular use of candidate information obtained from a third-party platform is permitted by that platform.
You are responsible for determining whether your use complies with the relevant third-party terms.
Recruiter Copilot and its software, design, branding, interfaces, algorithms, documentation, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to the operator of Recruiter Copilot.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of Recruiter Copilot intellectual property to you.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use Recruiter Copilot for its intended purpose.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, or create derivative works from Recruiter Copilot except where expressly permitted by us or applicable law.
You retain ownership of content that you lawfully own and submit to Recruiter Copilot.
Submitting content does not transfer ownership of that content to Recruiter Copilot.
You grant us only the rights reasonably necessary to process the content for providing and operating the Service as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Our collection, processing, storage, and sharing of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
By using Recruiter Copilot, you acknowledge that candidate and recruiter information may be processed as described in that Privacy Policy.
You should review the Privacy Policy before submitting candidate information.
We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee that Recruiter Copilot will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every website, browser, device, job portal, or recruitment system.

Continued use of Recruiter Copilot after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or Recruiter Copilot will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented for particular Recruiter Copilot services or paid plans, constitute the agreement governing your use of Recruiter Copilot.
